Terms and Conditions

Version: 13 August 2026

1. Business details and scope

KRAM Spiseri ApS, Havnelinien 17, 3300 Frederiksværk, Denmark. Company registration no. 37369349. Telephone: +45 71 99 97 37. Email: kramspiseri@gmail.com.

These terms apply to purchases, reservations and agreements made directly with KRAM, including restaurant visits, table reservations, takeaway, goods, events, tickets and private events. A third-party platform’s terms also apply to the part it handles. A specific written agreement with KRAM takes priority over these general terms. Mandatory Danish consumer law always applies.

2. Prices and agreements

Prices include VAT unless clearly stated otherwise for a business customer. Prices may differ between the website, takeaway platform, webshop and restaurant; the price shown for the specific order or accepted quotation applies. An enquiry is not a reservation. An agreement becomes binding when KRAM confirms it in writing, or when a completed and paid online order is accepted by KRAM. KRAM may correct obvious price, typing or system errors and refund any payment received. Unless otherwise stated, a quotation is valid for seven calendar days and remains subject to availability.

3. Payment

Online purchases and event tickets are paid when ordered unless stated otherwise. No deposit is charged for private events. An invoice for the full agreed amount is sent 30 working days before the event; for later agreements it is sent immediately. Late payment may result in statutory interest, reminder fees, collection and suspension or termination of KRAM’s performance.

4. Table reservations

A table reservation is valid only after confirmation from KRAM. Please arrive at the reserved time. KRAM normally holds the table for 15 minutes; contact us promptly if delayed. A standard reservation normally lasts 90 minutes unless agreed otherwise. Changes or cancellation must be made at least 24 hours before the reservation. For a no-show or later cancellation, KRAM may charge DKK 150 per reserved guest if the fee was clearly disclosed when booking. For eight or more guests, KRAM may require a set menu, a written agreement and special cancellation terms. Seating requests cannot be guaranteed.

5. Takeaway and food orders

An order is binding when accepted by KRAM or the ordering platform. Prepared food, short-life food and customised goods are not covered by the ordinary right of withdrawal. Collection must take place at the agreed time; the customer remains liable for the full amount after late or failed collection. Check the order on receipt and report problems promptly and, for perishable food, on the same day.

6. Events and tickets

Dated leisure services, event tickets and associated catering are normally exempt from the 14-day right of withdrawal. Tickets are not refundable unless KRAM cancels or mandatory law provides otherwise. KRAM may make reasonable changes to programme, menu, schedule, venue or participants where the event’s overall character is preserved. If KRAM cancels, the ticket price is refunded; indirect expenses are not covered unless mandatory law requires it.

7. Private events

The written confirmation or event agreement states the date, duration, expected guest count, menu, drinks, price, minimum spend, exclusivity and additions. The final guest count is due in writing no later than 10 working days before the event. A later reduction does not reduce the agreed or invoiced amount; an increase requires KRAM’s written approval and may add costs.

Cancellation charges are: more than 30 working days before the event, 25%; 30–15 working days, 50%; 14–6 working days, 75%; and five working days or fewer, or no-show, 100% of the total agreed amount. Documented savings and reasonable replacement revenue are deducted where mandatory law requires it. Moving the date counts as cancellation and a new booking unless KRAM agrees otherwise in writing.

Any agreed minimum spend, venue hire, staff, extended opening and exclusivity are charged as agreed. The customer is responsible for guests’ conduct and damage, extraordinary cleaning and third-party property damage. KRAM may remove guests who are heavily intoxicated, threatening, violent, seriously disruptive or who ignore staff instructions, without refund. Outside food or drink requires prior written approval.

8. Allergies and special requirements

Tell KRAM about allergies and dietary requirements in writing no later than the final guest count, or earlier if requested. The kitchen handles multiple allergens and cannot guarantee a completely trace-free environment. KRAM may decline or change a serving that cannot be handled safely.

9. Alcohol, goods and complaints

Alcohol is sold and served under Danish law; valid photo identification may be required. Special-order groceries and other goods are priced under the specific agreement. Durable non-food goods sold at a distance normally carry the statutory 14-day withdrawal right, subject to lawful exceptions and return costs. Contact KRAM promptly about faults; complaints about prepared or perishable food should normally be made the same day.

10. Force majeure and liability

KRAM is not responsible for delay or non-performance caused by circumstances outside its reasonable control, such as official orders, fire, flooding, extreme weather, major supplier failure or conflict. Mandatory consumer rights remain unaffected. Liability follows Danish law. KRAM is not liable for indirect losses unless caused intentionally or through gross negligence, or where mandatory law provides otherwise. For business customers, liability is limited to the amount paid for the specific service, subject to the same exceptions.

11. Personal data, complaints and law

Personal data is processed under KRAM’s Privacy Policy. Please contact KRAM first about any complaint. Eligible consumers may use the Danish Consumer Complaints Mediation Team and Consumer Complaints Board through Nævnenes Hus, Toldboden 2, 8800 Viborg, at naevneneshus.dk. Danish law applies and disputes are decided by the Danish courts without limiting mandatory consumer rights.

12. Changes

KRAM may change these terms for future purchases and agreements. An existing agreement follows the version in force when it was concluded, unless the law or an express agreement provides otherwise.
